First Bank of Nigeria has failed to provide proactive customer service. This is a bank that prides itself with living their promise of ‘YOU First’.
“We are poised to standardise customer experience and excellence in financial solutions across Sub Saharan Africa” This statement by First Bank comes across as a total scam because the bank refused to live up to their own words.
A client complained that he was debited many times from 4/12/2019 till 30/12/2019 by First Bank, and they have refused to refund his money, about 200,000 Naira.
As a response to the client, the bank stated they don’t know how the money left his account. “Please come to my aid”, the man pleaded , without getting any response.
